access to private medical treatment where there is a real cost justification. In

absence reporting procedures and the way your organisation accounts for absence
costs.
We then agree a framework for your organisation to evaluate, at the earliest opportunity,
the benefits of funding the cost of private treatment when it can be clearly
demonstrated that this will produce savings. Decisions are taken on
a case-by-case basis and employers are advised in advance of the savings which will
be achieved from each stage of any intervention.
